ORIGAMI CLASSIC

The side table 'Origami Classic' is made of extra-clear crystal glass. Each sheet of extra-clear crystal glass is cut and ground with extreme precision, then the sheets are assembled by hand, having to fit together perfectly, the gluing operation requires extreme precision and experience. The final result is spectacular, the sloping edges of the glass create wonderful reflections and crystalline transparencies. Both, paper with its light sense of touch and opacity and glass with its physical heaviness and transparency present contrary features but have also a strong attribute in common: The concept of lightness. The tables origami was created as a result of this theory.
