beMine 33 comes from the infantile memory of a true story told by one of the designers mother, which still remembers when after the war as a little girl found a never detonated WWII shipping mine resting peacefully on a beach, dangerous and fascinating at the same time.

Our aim was to reproduce the sensation she had observing this mysterious object which spreads fear and respect, yet being of a certain beauty; transforming this terrible weapon of war into a source of illumination, an explosion of light.

The highly polished stainless steel allows games of reflection on the surface of the sphere, this also appears when the lamp is switched off.
